I think nothing and I will tell you why, North Korea has a big friend named China. So unless North Korea actually uses a nuclear weapon against a country I don't think anything serious will happen. I'm more worried about a country like maybe Japan, who's new prime minister has already been talking about going proactive and maybe striking the site preemptive. If that sets off North Korea, China who is no friend of Japan might react militarily thus triggering the U.S to defend its ally Japan.

Probably nothing immediately, but there is a good chance that Japan will take some action since they are in the most danger from North Korea’s missiles. The United States is unlikely to do anything since we are bogged down in Iraq and all of America’s enemies know it.
