They say a serving size is about a fist?

Given that, I would have to eat 6 fists of grain, 3 fists of veges, 2 fists of fruits, 2 fists of dairy, 2 fists of meat and lets not count sweets.

THATS 15 FISTS!!

I think I would have food coma 3 times over. Is that amount unrealistic for anyone? Im sure thats more than the daily calories too.

Check out a number of food pyramids in Australia.

Type in: Australia/food pyramid -- to get started.

I had one (there are several) from Down Under that was very good. Done in 10 pt. type in black and red and set on its top! Lost in a computer crash last week. Sorry. Comparisons from different countries will give you some clues.

In the U.S. pyramid you need all those fists to work in the special interest groups.

you are probably using an outdated version or something.. the new version is in ounces and is tailored to you instead of generalized.. to view the new food pyramid, go to http://www.mypyramid.gov/ and type in your info
