When times are tough, keep moving forward and focus on a goal. Never give up, never give in, and never say die. It's time to become more independent, get a part time job, make money, plan your future. There's a whole world out there full of good people who will treat you with the respect you deserve based on your accomplishments, skills, and passions.

I used to feel the same way but i am getting better now, just take it one day at a time and don't stress the little things. you need to be optimistic about things. things get better with time just don't go into a deep depression and if you really need to talk you can always go to your school conselor or a theripist or just talk it over with your mom... CHEER UP :) :) :) think happy thoughts:) :) someone always told me to think that things could be worse and i don't know your situation but maby it will work. DON"T SHUTDOWN! here is a joke and when you read it I hope you giggle a little and maby even Laugh out loud until you can't breath..ok itd probsbly not that funny but you never know Here it is.....Little Johnny's kindergarten class was on a field trip to their local police station where they saw pictures, tacked to a bulletin board, of the 10 most wanted criminals. One of the y pointed to a picture and asked if it really was the photo of a wanted person. "Yes," said the policeman. "The detectives want very badly to capture him." Little Johnny asked, "Why didn't you keep him when you took his picture?"

The way you feel is normal for someone your age. We all felt that way at one time or another when we were growing up.
-Life is about ups and downs. Just learn to pick yourself up and think positively. Occupy your time by getting a job or participating in a club activity at school. You'll meet many new friends this way.
-I made it a goal to move out at age 18 and go to college and work fulltime to pay my rent. I ended up with a college degree and learned independence and a lot about life in the process. I looked back at those days of frustration and learned from them.
-Life is about learning from tough situations and getting through those tough times to become a better person.
Good Luck

It's hard when we feel badly about ourselves. But if you don't feel good about yourself, how do you expect anyone else to feel good about you? You need to make what you think more important than what other people might think.
You have your entire life ahead of you, and while things look dark now, things change. That is the one certainty in life...things always change. My mantra in life is "this too shall pass", and it always does. What is important about school? What people think? What people say? NO!! What is important about school is learning enough to get ahead in this world. That you get a free education is something very special in this country that not all people around the world get. So, while things are not so good socially, concentrate on your school work. Glue a smile on your face and eventually the smile affects your mood, you will find yourself feeling better in general, if not always in specific. You can choose how you feel. In fact you are the only one who truly can affect how you feel. You don't have to believe what anyone says about you. You don't have to give them the power over you to cause you unhappiness. Give yourself time, truly things will change and you will be glad you did.

Try to not care so much, it will take a burden of your shoulders. Stick with people who have similar interests and forget about the ones who couldn't care less about you. When you are independent from everybody else without the need of being accepted, you will send out a completely different message than you do now. Good luck, have a little faith, it is just a stage you are going through.

I had similar probs in school. Kids put others down to feel better about themselves. Especially the popular girls, they are actually usually very insecure about themselves. It won't always be that way. It is best just to be yourself, and don't worry about what others say. Press thru and if they see it doesn't bother you, and be nice, it will KILL them.
If it is bothering you should talk to a family member, as you get older you will start to realize that family is ALWAYS there. I never talked to my family about my probs, until recently, and now I wish I would have done it sooner. The don't react in the judgemental way that you think they will.

how did you lose your whole entire life? you are still in school.. do you really think you would marry a high school boyfriend? it takes many years and many bfs b4 your love comes
dont get too bent out of shape from it.. you are depressed, many people are and choose not to tell anyone.. they just hold it inside which makes them feel alone.. if you dont fit in you must stand out
try getting more sleep and start you day with your favorite song
make sure to eat breakfast and you will soon be in a better mood

That can be rough. Just try to focus on the good in your life. If there are areas of your life that you don't like then put your mind to changing what can be changed and dealing with what can not. Prayer always helped me get through rough times, especially when I was in school.

Life can be fun if you allow it to be. If you have a positive spin about yourself, no one will put you down. I always think I am the only person who can hurt me. Just look in the mirror every morning and say: As long I love myself, I can careless what other people think about me.

Please see your school counsellor or talk to your family doctor if you can trust him.
Life is not so bad if you just get some help from someone you can trust. What about a grandmother, an aunt or uncle? The mother of a friend or your pastor?
