There's a programs I use to verify multimedia files.
These calculate the crc for the file and then save info into a csv file. Supposedly each file is unique enough that no other file will have the same crc.

It works well and it helps to id duplicate files.

Go to voodoo files.com they should be able to fit your needs. It is all free and the virus rate is very low only the best files make it there for free!
