Me and a friend found this strange. When you run your hands through the hair in the top-back area of your head and grab your hair then pull it (not OUT or really hard, just firmly) it feels quite nice, relaxing. I found it most relaxing when you are tired - in bed. Give it a try and see if you know what i mean.
Also, this isnt a case of Trichotillomania - i dont enjoy actually pulling my hair OUT.
Anyone understand why it feels good?

I agree with you, too. It probably has something to do with the nerve endings there on your head. An acupuncturist could probably tell you why specifically.

I don't know about pulling your hair, but i think it feels good if someone plays with your hair. That almost puts me to sleep. lol.

I don't know why I do it but I do it too. It can be a turn on too when done while kissing. Atleast it is for me so maybe I'm just strange.

I don't know why but I like that, too. I love it when my daughter looks for split ends and gray hairs, too. I fall asleep!
