Well, i've known my stepbrother ever sense i was a baby...He had a daughter three years ago. She is so cute. I love her to death. But something went on and i guess we started feuding..I love her with all my heart. I haven't seen her in 6 months..I have done nothing to my brother. He doesn't like my mom ( which is his mom!)...His wife is very controlling and is very convincing ( I never liked her)... Do u think it is fair if my niece is not able to see her aunts and uncle????!!?

I don't think its fair but you can not force them to let you see her. You can call him and talk to him. Remember not to come across "attacking" him because that will put him on the defense. Let him know your feelings and then give him time to take in everything you said.
If that doesn't work, take his butt to court and get visitation rights!!
Good luck!!!!

This feud is between your brother and your mom. It has nothing to do with you. Tell him that you love your niece and that you want to see her.

that is not fair.
Whether the adults have conflicts with each other I don't think that the child should have any part in it.
Whether your brother has problems with you or his mother he shouldn't take it out on the child.
The child needs you in her life.

No, it is not fair. Whether her parents like you or not you are still her family and they should let you see her. Could your parents talk them into letting you see her?
