like on my neck there are bumps that are growing beneath the skin and feel like bruised

Sounds like normal pimples. Everybody gets them, the back of the neck is a common spot.

It sounds like you could have inflamed lymph-nodes. Lymph nodes flare up due to excessive white blood cells in your body, which could indicate some sort of infection somewhere. Your best bet would be to get checked out by your physician. This could be an indicator of something serious.

could be zitts, could be swollen glands. Go to the doctor and get them checked out. better to look stupid than be spreading an infection.

Faliculitis. Antibiotics. Makes them worse in hot water and shaving. ie. haircuts that are close.
