Why does it matter? At 13 you shouldn't care what weight you are, as it all falls off around 18 or 19. unless you are over 180 lbs I wouldn't worry about it. Focus on inches as opposed to how much you weigh as weight is more with the more muscle you have. If you do exercise and you want to burn metabolism, take 15 minutes in the morning lift small weights a lot and you'll tone yourself. You'll have more energy and be able to stay awake during class too. Thats how you stay healty. 110 - 120 is healthy for you. And you don't want to lose anymore than 3 pounds a week.

There is not really a scale of where your weight should be, muscle weighs more than fat, and everyone has a different body structure.. Body fat is a more accurate way to determine where you should be. Women should be between 18-22%, but if you're under 16 it's OK to be a little higher. Also, you shouldn't measure BF during your menstrual cycle, because your BF is higher during this time and not accurate.
You shouldn't be worried about what your weight is, but how healthy your lifestyle is.

A healthy weight would be a fit 130, not a sickly, fast-food junkie 110. Also, don't look at the weight, look at how you feel and how your clothes fit. I weight a lot more than I look, but people would never know because I am fit. Being healthy is important!

wow I'm 13 and 5'3 as well...i went to my doctor about a month ago and she said that I girls my age and height should be from 100-110 pounds. Hope I helped!

Anywhere from 108 to 140 lbs depending on your body frame size.

AND, if you have a lot of muscle on your (if you are really athletic) it can be even higher without you being fat.

I am the same age and height.I weigh 115.I think it's a perfect weight for our height.

about 90-100 or so. you're lucky i was 250 when i was 13 but i was 6'4" tall. :) Now i'm 6'10" and weigh 320
