40's are great no worries here

40 was a piece of cake for me. 30 was the decade that brought about problem with aging. Now in 50's and can accept it as it is, just a number. After all I've heard that 60 is the new 40 in today's society.

Nah I may be forty but I can still run with the best of them, I have a lot more discipline than I had in my 20's and I cant wait for my hair to go grey. Why does it bother you? If you have good health then there is nothing to worry about. As long as you are a productive member of society your ok. Dwelling on the age is a real downer and you need to get past it.

Actually I enjoyed turning 40. 50 was a bummer.

Forty was exciting for me, I couldn't wait til I was old enough to walk out of my home and not have to worry about my kids.
I am nearing fifty now, I do not feel this age, and try to enjoy your Life hon, and always feel confident about who you are. We are at our best at this time of our journey, even if we are pre-menopausal..lol.. Have Fun! You still have a ways to go. Smile! Laugh! Love yourself!

Yes i have i'am now in my 50's and for me it doesn't get any easier,but it's something that we have to live with,as there is nothing we can do about it,i wish there was ........
