Jello.
Some popsicles too, check the boxes. These are good because it takes some time to finish them so you are more placated. I've heard even chewing on ice will help with the snack carving because the chewing makes your body think you have eaten something.
They have those 100 calorie packs you can buy in the stores now too so you know when to stop.

Your best bet would be to eat 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 large ones to stop you from snacking.
Healthy snacks include:
Nuts. A handfull of nuts. Nuts contain a lot of fat but they are the GOOD kind of fats that you should eat and will not make you gain weight.
Berries.
Vegetables (good veggies like spinach after they get rid of the e-coli and brocoli, arugula, kale, etc.)
Skim milk is also a good, but sugary snack (calcuim helps with weight loss).
Here is a good one- Old fasioned PB&J done the healthy way:
1- Whole wheat bread (make sure there is no High Fructose Corn Syrup- and it actually is real whole wheat, not just "wheat bread" which is usually just white bread with molases added for food coloring to trick you).
2- Natural peanut butter- If the ingredients say anything else besides water and peanuts, it isn't natural.
3- blueberries- crush them up and use them instead of jelly. Tastes the same.
skip the wheat cakes or whatever (If it doesn't provide good energy and nutrition it is just empty calories and a waste), if it has a lot of sugar, or it looks or tastes like junk food- it is.
Homemade smoothies are an excellent way to fill you up and give you nutrition. Add some plain all natural yogurt with skim milk and whatever fruits you want. Add some powdered flaxseed and uncooked oatmeal (unsweetened/unflavored- you won't taste it).
The beauty part about smoothies is you can put whatever the hell you want in them and chances are it will taste good.

I like Zen chocolate soy pudding. Look for nutritional snacks. Be careful on the ingredients for low fat and fat fee snacks. Look for "natural flavorings" which has no nutritional value and could be made out of anything, and "gelatin" which is cow hide. And always avoid "partially hydrogenated oils".

I'm in the same boat - trying to loose weight. Try microwave popcorn. It seems like you can eat a bunch of it for a snack. You can get them pretty low fat/calorie as well.
