I have never seen his birth certificate, so I wouldn't know. But if he were, don't you think someone would have published it by now? ;-)

He's a lot of bad adjectives and nouns, and in a sense a bastard (like Fat Bastard is a bastard), but technically, no. Try moron, dumbass, fratboy, neocon authoritarian jackhole.
