You are still growing, girl. You will grow taller. Don't start dieting. Your body and heart need lots of sleep until you are physically grown. Menstruation and sexual development require good diet. Both exercise and adequate diet will help you develop properly. Your hair and skin will be healthier. Your nails will grow properly. You'll feel better about yourself as a result.
These poor girls who worry about their weight and become anorexic or bulemic as a result are killing themselves.

properly i'm 5'3 and my document says the burden determination for my height is 100 and fifteen-100 and forty. So i'm gonna say that in all honesty you should have extra weight than that. even with the indisputable fact that weight isn't the perfect length for well being, bmi might want to be a good evaluation as well as an annual actual through your physician. Weight is in elementary words a volume, it isn't who you're and that's no longer what determines how healthful you're, your way of existence (eating, exercising, sleep, pressure and so on...) are what be certain the vast majority of your well being.

Even at 13 that weight height ratio is too little. In order to be at the low range of a healthy weight for that height you should be 100lbs. At your age you will likely gain a bit more in mass and density naturally.
I am 5'3" and 115 but I am also 40 and allowed to be a bit soft in the middle.

That is actually a perfect weight to be at. I'm a health psychology student, you are in the perfect range. If you would like to see it in black and white, you can use this site to calculate it all for you. This site has a chart at the bottom you can enter your height and weight and it will show you exactly what level you are at. :)

You are probably definitely healthy, as long as you keep eating well, not to worry. I'm 5'4 and weigh 88 pounds and am 13 like you, plus I eat very healthily. I don't think you should worry.

yes. i think that is fine. u are a little underweight...but hey. that just means you have a faster metabolism (when you eat, your body doesn't keep any food in "storage" <-fat on a person! instead it puts it down the tubes...).
*i am 5'3'' and weigh 84 lbs. i know alllllll about it!
