Make everyone volunteer at least 5 hours a month. Either at a hospital, serving meals, delivering medicines, doing some personal shopping for a shut-in. Doing something to help people. Most people have no idea what it is like to need help. When you provide help to people who need it creates a more compassionate heart.

you first have to have a high emotional IQ and a conscience that bothers you when you see others suffering.
To feel as others feel is the greatest way to know you are alive and also the most painful way to know you are alive, as there is no escaping being a empath!

A group that takes humanity and love for others over self as the founding points of its growth. Perfect example, it gave me chills. The grandfather of the two Amish girls who were killed issued his concern and love for the widow of the man who killed his grandchildren. That is empathy towards another human I have never understood. I never realized how bad I was until saw that greatness.
