Well this is Islam we are talking about. This is, after all, the only religion that I know of that has specific verses mandating beating a wife not for just disobedience, but even if a man FEARS disobedience. So talk of equality is really out of the question, and if you are a Muslim apologists, you essentially have to either distort the religion or speak about the only two areas in which Islam resembles something humane in its treatment of women – that of their inheritance rights and right to a divorce.

I don’t know that much about a woman’s rewards in the afterlife according to Islam, but a man’s rewards are rife with carnality. So I suppose, using Islam’s view of women on earth as a paradigm, the reward for female suicide bombers is to cater to the needs of suicide bomber men. With a heaven like that, who needs hell!

From what I hear, the female bombers have done something that is considered by the families to be disgraceful. So, they are faced with either redeeming themselves by becoming homicide bombers, being stoned to death in public or being murdered by their families in order to restore the honor of their families. Any way you cut it, it is just a decision as to how they want to die. I am not say that they all do it for this reason, but I understand that a large number of the women who do become homicide bombers are in this position.
