No it would not be all right. Though we are desendents of Adam and Eve, enough generations have passed to thin out the genetics. Straight bro and sis is still incest.

being catholic and following the lead of aquinas in "truth cannot conflict with truth" i believe in theistic evolution (used to be called intelligent design BEFORE intelligent design got taken over as a field for quack "scientist" protestant nut cases who don't know much about christianity OR science). As such, I don't believe the creation story to be more than a metaphor for the evolution of the earth. That being said, adam and eve would NOT be specific people, but rather representations of the first evolution of humans which had the self awareness to form moral capacity, making them the first humans that God ever chose to evolve. complex? yes, it is...

There was once a time where all this was considered lawful. not right, but lawful. God never wanted for David to take more than one bride, but it was lawful, because of the amount of people on the earth. It is no longer lawful because there are too many people, and causes hatred in a marriage, which there should be none of, and birth defects are more prevalent when this happens. (That is something shown by science, genaeology... )

Incest is sexual relations between people who are CLOSELY related. All humans are somewhat related. All Italian or Japanese or Swedish people are even more closely related. You can marry your 5th cousin. That isn't incest.
