white chocolate is not even chocolate.
I like Milk Choc. but love dark choc.

White chocolate is barely chocolate, being only made from the cocoa butter, with no real chocolate. Dark chocolate is the food of the gods

White Chocolate is very soft and sweet. It's also very full of empty calories.
-AND-
Dark Chocolate is harder and more bitter. It's advantage is that it's a natural antioxidant.
I normally prefer Dark Chocolate of the two, however my most common choice of Chocolate is Milk. It's creamy and yummy. I eat it more often when I'm getting closer to my "time of the month". Milk Chocolate releases hormones that calm cramps and sooth irritability.

I don't care if you say white chocolate is chocolate or not. It's the best.
Besides, I looked it up on wikipedia and it said that since 2004, you can call it chocolate as long as it meets certain requirements. It needs to have 20% cocoa butter, 14% milk solids, and less than 55% sweeteners.

White chocolate is strictly speaking, not chocolate. The "chocolatey" bit of the cocoa bean is called "cocoa solids". The rest of the stuff they send off after refinement which is discarded is called cocoa mass, and it's from this that white chocolate is made. The higher the cocoa solids percentage, the better the quality.

Between those two I'll choose white. But my own preference is "Milk" chocolate which is neither white nor dark.
