Been there, . . . I'll tell you what I had to do. I had to deal with withdrawals, NO JOKE. Yes, I replaced the junk food with healthy options. But, I CRAVED the garbage food. :-) The good news is that, with time, the cravings lessened, then disappeared. Now, I rarely strongly desire junk.
- Plus I reprogrammed my opinion towards junk food. By this, what I mean is that everytime I craved something, I'd replace the thought of how much I wanted it to the thought that all junk food is poison to my body. I think this over and over again, say it out loud sometimes. Even tell friends that junk food is poison to the body!
- It worked for me. It might work for you, too. Certainly worth a try, eh?

you know, being addicted to crap isn't such a bad thing. you can either eat health food and exercise and die, or you can eat junk, sit on the couch, and still die. at least you get pleasure from junk food.

Think about how fat you're going to get and think about your health. These foods have a lot of sugar. You don't want to be diabetic later do you?
