The duties of a citizen are:
1. To obey the law.
2. To pay taxes.
3. To support the government even if they're stupid.
4. To own a gun.
5. To kill terrorists.

Wrong.

Look at the Constitution. There are NO duties as a citizen. The Constitution creates the Federal government, gives it power and responsibility and limits, but doesn't require a citizen to do anything at all.

That's what freedom means. You don't have to do anything, and you'll be left alone.

It was nice while it lasted.

Your duty is to stand up for your rights and the rights of your fellow citizens. Speak up if you believe something is wrong, and don't infringe on other people's rights.

I'll steal the oath constitutionally required of the President.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United Sates."

The oath of the military adds the words "against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

That would include the government of the United States when and if they violate to Constitution.
