Sorry, I sort of confused some people with my first question (new to this Yahoo! thing), so I will repost.

Here are my stats with a week before I go into Air Force BMT.
1 Mile: 7:45
1.5 Miles: 11:10-11:20
3 Miles: 27:00
Pushups: 27 in 1 minute (They say you have two mins.... I hear they only actually give you one, so I'll post how many I can do in one).
Pullups: 2-3

Also, again I'll pose the question for other airmen here... Based on your experience, for that initial PT Test, am I going to stick out like a sore thumb with those stats, or will I fall somewhere in the average (which is where I want to be, right in the middle)?

With daily training you will pass. Getting in is not too hard, staying in is harder, breaking the rules. Bad credit...etc

"1.5 Miles: 11:10-11:20" -- this time is fine, you won't have any problems with it.

"Push ups: 27 in 1 minute (They say you have two mins.... I hear they only actually give you one, so I'll post how many I can do in one)." -- This will need to be worked on. You should be in the mid 40's to mid 50's range depending on age. And yes the time is one minute, not two.

The "new" AF fitness test is as follows:

Abdominal circumference - max points 30
1.5 mile timed run - max points 50
Push ups - 1 minute - max points 10
Sit ups - 1 minute - max points 10

Max score of 100 with point breakdowns for each discipline. Minimum composite passing score of 75.

There is more specific point info online.

Hope this helps...

The good thing is that you getting ready and you shouldn't fail. I hope this don't hurt your feelings, but you either pass or you fail. When you graduate from basic you are still a no stripe pinger. Your focus needs to be on your tech school and your career.

No worries, you'll do fine. You should fall right in the middle (unnoticed). I left with similar stats, but improved significantly while I was there. Good luck
