Y'know how everyone gets religion mixed up and goes to war in its name, well what would happen if we idealogically banned religion if it meant peace, would god be angry with us even though we had created peace?
NB I am not implying we do this I am purely speaking hyperthetically for the sake of the question.Thanks.

Nope, all "gods" would not be mad because they aren't real. One God (the true God) would probably be mad though. And guaranteed...I would put my life on this statement, there would not be peace even if you abolished all religion. It's an imperfect world we live in, there is nothing we can do about it.

Of course the bible god, the baby murdering bible god would be angry (one of the bible god's favorite human emotion)...and it would also be jealous that mere humans could do what the bible god cannot do...bring peace to the human race.
If the bible god were real then I am sure we would get another one of his many 6 year old's temper tantrums which would mean millions of innocent humans would be slaughtered as a result of bible god rage. Thank god the bible god is a fake...
It could be like in the movie Merlin, when the people all turned their backs on the goddess Mabb...she just faded away into nothing. In a sense we are already halfway there, since the bible god only exists in the minds of men and on the pages of books then it should be a simple task to ban the christian religion and all of it's books....take god out of the hands of man and god no longer exists.

No, as good as your question sounds, and I do support it, I just think that the muslims would get really angry with the world if we suggested that all religions, including theirs, be banned for the sake of peace. However, I do support your question, as religion does lead to jealousy and hatred amongst others

It wouldn't make a difference. We'd just find something else to argue about. When that happened, people would go back to their gods. So, I think the gods would be annoyed by the temporary lack of worship, but I don't think they'd be pissed.

Would all gods be angry with us if we abollished worshipping them for the sake of peace?
In your question you use "PLURAL" gods. There is only ONE TRUE GOD. Read the First Commandment. This is MY belief anyone else can believe what they want to. I have copied and pasted your question with my answer so it would not be a miss-quote.

If the gods are real. I wouldn't think so. It would just be the end of the world and they could just start the game over again with new rules.

god(s) only exists in the mind, as does everything else, so if we stopped worshipping/thinking of god(s) then he (they) would no longer exist; therefore there would be no god(s) to generate anger towards us. anyway we do that all on our own. it isnt religion that causes wars it is minds devoid of love and peace. if everyone had a mind of love there could be no enemies, therefore no wars.

if god is a loving god why could he try this? people wreck his rules and refuse to repent and seek for his salvation Why could a loving father desire to torture his little ones by potential of throwing them into fireplace? human fathers could punish their disobedient little ones who did incorrect and refused to alter god's love would not over seem or overlook approximately evil. human love does overlook approximately sins and evil and depraved In christianity the assumption of love is a huge concern yet then god additionally killed his son for our sins? why couldnt we redeem our very own sins? because of the fact we are no longer organic and holy we are corrupted by potential of sin
