Yes, ma'am.
I've done some wildlife and portrait work before. Recently it's been more still life. Infrared is my favorite to work with. It gives a look to landscapes that is almost indescribable. My best shot is Mt. Rushmore. The trees, shrubs, flags, and faces are a glowing white color while the sky is jet black. Awesome shot. It makes me want to get a darkroom set up.

City scenes and portraits are great to do in black and white.
The lack of color emphasizes the lighting and details much more. Also black and white gives you the ability to make interesting photos even when things aren't that colorful (such as wintertime).

I really love to take black and white photos. It really shows textures with out color as a potential distraction.

I like to take things up close in black and white - it seems to make them a bit more abstract. Also wedding portraits look lovely with b&w and a little diffusion.

sure. "photographer is not photographer if he not take b/w photos" that's my words. LOL
i love to take b/w of some architectural object or destroyed stuffs or buildings or engineering constructions such as bridges. coz only b/w colors help me to show real interesting shape of object without paying attention on colors
