One of the greatest things, guaranteed to work but may be hard to come by. Ride a (crazy, lightning fast, scary as hell, breath taking) roller coaster. Even better with some one you know by your side to keep you company. U'll b 2 scared 2 think about anything. Stress relief can also be attained in other wayz with this same technique. Keep ur focus on something totally bizarre that u normally don't think about and concentrate on it for a while. Example: read a thrilling book and get into the characters. Take a nap.Watch a good movie and focus on it. Play the roles of the characters as well. Look for the good in the bad. Take deep breaths. Change ur perspective. That's mainly what it's all about. Keep telling yourself u feel good. Now make yourself believe it. Concentrate on this. It really workz unless the stress is to much.

First off, 40 hours is a lot! It might not be your technique that's wrong, but it could be that you played so much tennis and weren't used to it. I would suggest getting an exercise band to stretch before playing. If you go online, you can find some exercises with the band to help the rotator cuff in the shoulder. Try taking a little bit of time off too. A day or so. I had a problem similar to this, and I started by icing it, and then made sure I stretched before I played(:

try a few of these stress reliever's.
1) go for a walk through the park
2) light a scented candle and do some deep breathing and relaxations.
3) go for a bike ride.
4) call a friend and talk things out
5) take a long hot bubble bath with incense and burning candles and have the lights out and listen to some soft music. this works wonders and is my very favorite.

I hope some of the suggestions help.

Mind over matter something that with practis can become perfection.?the expression, is the cup in your eyes half full, or half empty if the cup is half empty the answer would be wrong and neg.If you see the cup half full youd be positively right . Does it pay to frown or growl over impossible areas that are what they are.well thats not gonna change yet your racking your brains to see or make it different. ?whatever is remaining whatever and thats that.? Ask yourself how manytimes or evenbetter do you no how to start the day over? could be asimple cup of coffee or a walk or a thought is it worth it is this ?worth stressing out if so is stressing gonna change any thing if not , you need to see the cup half full under whatever circumstance or pay the piper bottom line if you allowed your self to get stress out your doing something wrong which needs correcting especilly if your in this world for along long time practice mean perfection.,learn to see no matter what, the cup must be half full and not half empy. practice if you plan on being with this world a long time .

Try aromatherapy, lavender is great, also try this: A blend of blue tansy, rosewood, spruce and frankincense oils, formulated to follow the holistic principle of the body being in perfect balance when in proper alignment. For alignment, use in massage and diffusion. Try a hobby or going out for a cocktail with a friend. Get a pet. Workout at the gym.

Their are many ways I would take a hot bath or shower, than drink some worm tea and get dressed of course and take a walk or call someone who will listen or just talk to make you feel better. It really depends on what you like to do something that helps keep your mind off what ever is bothering you..

What really works for me is to take a walk at the local park.

I also go shopping...more like window shopping. It really helps me to leave the house and go somewhere else.

Or I go see a movie, or go eat with a friend somewhere.

All this really relaxes me. Hope this helps you too.

If you have a pet, that can really help you bring back a smile and they're known to be great therapy! My little dachsie is just that.

Try these:

1) Take a pillow put it in your face and shout as loud as you can, you'll feel better within minutes.

2) Try to find a reason to laugh, very loudly.

3) Use Lavender oil, it's great.
