yes you can get married TO an illegal immigrant, question is why?????

You can marry an illegal, but be prepared to pay the price. It would be best to do it legally. File and I129f and have her go back to her country and wait out the time 6-10 months. You will enjoy her for the rest of your life instead of looking over your shoulder forever. If you ever have kids, she would still be illegal.
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
There is some misinformation here. She does NOT become legal if you marry her. I do immigration case work and its not that easy!

I think that you can, and she can stay in this country permanently, as long as this marriage wasn't faked for the purposeof her getting permanent residency.

if you are a legal citizen when you marry them they will become a legal citizen, its funny how that works.
