i got a ticket yesterday this is my second one and i just wanna know what is the procedure in a courtroom for it or should i just pay the fine before court like i did last time

and i know limits are posted for a reason and i dont care what u say let professionals do their job u most likeley aint one so if your awnser is to talk sh*t to me u cane just shut the fu*k up or go to the abuse bin

If you decide to go to court you can try to talk with the prosecutor before the court time, you might be able to work a plea out change it from a moving violation to something with out points, like a loud muffler, or a headlight out that sort of thing.


And of course I'm obligated to say, don't speed :-)

You go to court on the appointed day and sit there until your name is called. You then explain why the ticket should not have been issued and the cop explains what you did wrong. Unless you have some proof that you were not wrong the judge is going to side with the cop.

if you did it and your guilty just pay the thing and have it over with. i am just as guilty at times speeding and i have been busted with some big ones.

Just pay it..... It's alot easier that going to court...... Unless you want to dispute it..... But I would just pay it...
