A good friend of mine married this Russian chick. She got a temporary 2 years G.Card, then she bailed out. Before her 2 years G.Card to expire, she asked him to help her to proof that she married him in good faith ,so she would get her permanent G.Card. I told him not help her because she played him and he should report her to the INS or i will. Finally he did ,but he was hesitant , at the beginning because he still did love her.
What would be her legal situation with the INS, now that he have reported her ?
Does anyone know ? Have you known a similar case ?

Hey, this is happening a lot to American men, since he reported her, her goose is well and truly cooked. No problem she will not get to pemanent G-Card.
Kobe: Its okay to want to be free and happy, but why f@@k up someones elses life( a genuine person at that) to get what you want ? Its is not acceptable at all! He loved her, married her and then she does that to him, not on !

I have a co-worker who has a brother, and this brother of hers married a cambodian girl he met while visiting his parents over there. I guess the laws are you can only get out of cambodia if you are married to an american or something of that sort. But anyway to make the long story short. Once the girl landed in U.S. and saw her new home (cuz this guy has money) she acted like the perfect new housewife, and what happend next? Well her husband went to work one day (i think they were 2 months married) she left and never came back. She left a note for him that she just wanted to come to this country so she used him, she already was writing to another man, who she planned to meet while she was here and be with him, because that was the man she loved. My coworkers brother had already started the immigration process, all he had to do was call immigration, they gave him some paperwork to fill out, and now that girl is somewhere waiting to be picked up by INS..she is considered an illegal now because she was in the marriage in bad faith..sorry story so long.

How insensitive of you all to think like this! Do you think 'these girls' (that DON'T come with a cashback guarantee) like doing this for fun? You think they leave their country, family, belief, and past behind to come and have a good f*ck here??? You really think if they had it only an inch better then they do, they would come crawling to you? Do you really believe that this is their goal in life??? No, they want to have the right to be happy and free, and this is what they do to try to get it. They are that desperate to flee wherever they came from! I am not supporting people to leave their country to seek fortune elsewhere, not at all. But give them a little credit, it might not hurt to help some one.

Statistics show she will stay in the US illegally. Even though your friend reported her chances are she wont reapply for her card, knowing she has been reported. If she is stupid enough to reapply she will be deported! She could find another idiot to marry her.

*shrug* Personally, I think he's an idiot and bitter because she left him. He should've NEVER agreed to help her with the card. Did he think he could win her back by doing so? Probably. Is he mad because she didn't come back? Probably.
