Do you take vitamins, the full range of vitamins? If not that might help. If you are ill or lacing in some vitamins it will show up in your hair and nails. Putting conditioning and other items help some but if you are not healthy it will show up there.

pantene is cool for giving thick thick, healthy shiny hair. i challenge u 2 try it & find different results... i KNOW it works.
There are supplements that can help the growth of new hair; they're completely natural & not stuffed with any aditives or fake materials if u go 2 a reputable distributor & ask for VEGETAL SILICA if u want 2find out more about it, research "Dr Louis Kervran" gd luc

hmmmm. Try taking prenatal or just regular vitamins and extra vitamin e. Also dont buy cheap product, if you can buy it at walmart, kmart or sallys, forget it- fo to a local salon for shampoos conditioners and leave in treatment. Try K-Pak, joico- they are really good. Keep up your trims every 3-4 weeks- good luck!

Go to a dermatologist and scalp expert. See what they say and what they could do for you. It might be a rare alergy to the products you are are using.

try John Frieda Hair Serum. It will make your hair like Jennifer Aniston. I use it and love it.
