I can't speak for God (unlike a lot of people nowadays), but here's what I found on Moses:
Moses is an Egyptian name-element meaning "-gave birth to him" or "-formed him" and was usually combined with a theophoric element, as in "Ramose" which had the meaning "child of Ra" or "Ra formed him" or as in "Djehutymos" (Thutmose) meaning "Thoth's child."[23] "Moshe" is a Hebrew word (meaning "one who draws water"). The Bible asserts that this is the origin of the name because Moses was "drawn out" of the water by the Egyptian princess. It could also be a reference to his role in leading the Israelites out of Egypt."

Moses would really be Moshe, like in Moshe Dayan. But the name of the King whose legend the Bible writers ripped off and changed for their own use into "Moses" was Sargon of Akkadia (reigned 2334 BC - 2279 BC). if you believe my father, God's last name is Dammit. But the Canaanite mountain God the Israelites adopted was originally just Ya, and then El, so they made God El this or that, like El Shaddai, "All Sufficient God", a popular Amy Grant song. El Echad "The One God", El Hanne'eman "The Faithful God, El Emet "God of Truth", El Tssadik "The Righteous God", El Elyon "God Most High",El Olam "God Everlasting", and my favorite, El Roi, as in Jetson, "God Who Sees Me."

Absolutely no human on earth knows Gods name, God is a title , it is what he is , not a name, Christ is also a title, The Angel told Mary "You will bear a son and call his name Emanuel ' Moses
was found floating down a river and Pharaohs daughter took him and raised him. No one knows biological mother or father of Moses.

God's name, the name that he used to introduce himself to Moses with, is I Am. So I suppose that His last name could be "Am"

Exodus 3:14
God said to Moses, "I am who I am . This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 'I AM has sent me to you.' "

I am reasonably sure that God's last mane is not Damnit.
