Same reason why they've made green Ketchup.
Actually, pink lemonade is for girls only. For boys there is a blue one.

Because some people prefer the pink color to the standard greenish-yellow color. They make it by adding special coloring to it.

B/C so many people started to drink coca cola, they had to make a new and exciting product, virtually an impossible product lol.

They make it that color by food coloring. Lemon juice is actually clear, and they give it color by food coloring to give it some appeal.

LOL pink lemonade has cranberry juice in it. That is why it is pink.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups white sugar
9 cups water
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1 cup cranberry juice, chilled
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
In large pitcher combine sugar, water, lemon juice and cranberry juice. Stir to dissolve sugar. Serve over ice.
