Well, the first thing you need to do is look at your diet. Is it too strict? You should NEVER go below 1200cals , and even that is extremely low and unadvisable to attempt with out a doctors approval. Are you getting enough nutrients and protein, eating a healthy mix of all the food groups? If you dont get enough cals and nutrients your body will crave food, and you you will lose control and binge as you just did, also do you eat healthy fats? olive oil and legumes can actually help you lose weight and suppress the appitite. in order to prevent binging eat 3 small meals and 3 healthy snacks, this will also keep your motabolism buring calories, eat some protein in each meal to keep full! If you ever feel like binging, brush your teeth or eat a lemon, this will suppress your appitiete. ANd last but not least dont ever completely cut out your favourite unhealthy foods eat them once in a while as a treat
The second thing you need to do is forgive y, !ourself. We all do things like this at times, in fact if you havent been eating enough, you might just have kick started your motabolism. Look forward to tomorrow as a better day!
last but not least, take a nice walk to get your motabolism going!

Too vague to answer truthfully. Are you dietting? If so, you could just have hit a point where you had cravings that you mind had to fulfill. It happens. It could also be as said that your body actually required food to function and increase blood sugar. This is unlikely unless you are dieting in a way that is dangerous and/or unhealthy. In that case, figure out a way to lose weight safely, or even check and really determine if it is something you need at all. If you took some drugs (mainly marijuana, birth control, or some other prescription meds)... then it could be caused by that. Check and see if your medications could cause hunger... and if it is weed then lay off and the muchies will go away. Good luck figuring it out, but you will be fine as long as you do not keep it up and don't purge after.

Binges sometimes happen when you don't eat regularly. I know a lot of people who try to lose weight by skipping meals. It backfires because once they do eat, they eat everything and anything in sight.

you need to join a support group so that when you feel the need to binge you can talk to some one and not do it
