It's a sentence that's difficult to translate out of context, but I'd translate it to either: "Well, what does she do, then?" or: "What is she doing?".

I would translate it to:
What is she doing like that? ( or possibly Why is she doing like that?)
It's Danish.

It can mean either "What does she do then?" or "What does she do like this?"
