I have a home daycare and I have 4 toddlers. Here is what we do all day:

7:30 breakfast
8:00 preschool (songs, shapes, colors, ABCs, counting, puzzles, art activities, etc)
9:00 juice
9:15 free play in playrooms
10:00 clean up/watch TV
10:30 lunch
11:00 Read stories
11:20 Naptime
around 1:30-1:45 wake up
2:00 snacktime
2:30 free play again (outside if nice)
3:30 inside/clean up
3:45 juice
4:00 TV until everyone goes home

I recommend mixing your child's activities from quiet times to loud times back to quiet times etc. This gives the child several times to get their energy out so that when it is downtime they can calm quicker. I also recommend mixing activities with your child. For awhile he/she could do play with a kitchen set or your pots/pans then a little while later he/she could play with some sponges and water bucket. That keeps them busy and happy and less temper tantrums.

almost 4 and 5. We wake up and watch shows like pinky dinky doo, and dora, and diago. Then we eat some breakfast, and I walk my son to kindergarden. I come home with my 4 year old, and we play with block, and cars, or whatever. He draws me pictures, and we do some learning games, and I read a book sometimes. Currently they are really into Franklin, and Littlebear so we watch that also. Sometimes we walk to the park, and play, or go out in the backyard and we do something like swim, or make mud pies, or he rides his little bike around. Then we pick up my 5 year old from school. We eat lunch. I let them play together. I get on the computer because by this point I need a break. Then we just hang out and do misc. things.
Daddy comes home, I take another break and let them hang out while I make dinner. Then it's bath time. Then bed time. Then im home free for the day.. YAY!

Jonathan is 22 months old and he goes to a daycare center during the day where they sing and play games and do crafts. However when we get home he bounces off the walls, rides his little bike (even though he hasnt figured out how to use the pedals) and chases the dogs around telling them "No, mine" to everything around him. Than we take a bath and sit in my bed for about an hour for him to calm down and than he goes to bed.

ok I am single mom to a 16m and 28m we get up at 7 1st thing is first diaper change then cuppies filled and breakfast eaten then dressed. they play together watch tv while mommy gets dressed then we walk after walk the youngest sleeps while oldest has quiet time watching treehouse and playing quietly while mommy has a likely quiet time (by now mommy is pretty stressed) after lunch we walk again at which time we have a snack, then its time for dinner kids play together or fight which ever while mommy cooks, then we throw our dinner on the floor after that we use mommy as our personal playground for an hour or so before bath and pj time then its so more time with mommy before bedtime at 7, then we wake and do it all over again. once a month or so my oldest and I stay up late and have popcorn and watch a movie

My 4 year old daughter goes to school 3 days a week for 3 hours. Other than that we spend alot of time outside going for nature walks, playing on their climber, painting, doing puzzles, baking (she loves to help cook, exp. desert) My son whom is 19 months does most of the same except for school. They are allowed on 2 hours of tv per week, so we spend little time watching.

My son is 12 months old. We watch veggie tales in the morning, eat breakfast, play with his toys, listen to the baby einstein video, have a snack, take a walk, read books, sings ABC's, take a nap, eat lunch, play online @fisherprice.com, sing songs, play with his toys, take another walk, then has an afternoon snack while I start making dinner, daddy comes home and plays with his toys with him, eat dinner, daddy spends time w/ him while mommy cleans up after dinner. Then my husband and I play with him, bath time, read and then bedtime. He gets up at 7am and goes to bed at 8:30pm.
