I have a descrition of a Hotfix that clearly states that it addresses the problem I'm having with Access. However, there doesn't seem to be any clear way to ACTUALLY GET THE PATCH and fix my @$#%^$@%! machine. Can anyone help me actuallfix this problem, or am I stuck calling a service line that's going to charge me money to fix a problem they've already acknowledged?

^This is the fix that I need, and the information there doesn't seem to explain how to actually get the fix.

This is why I asked if a call was necessary. I really don't want to have to spend money on some help line, because I have no money here.
