I totally get you. I understand what you are feeling and going through. You are not alone. Sounds like you may be clinically depressed. Sometimes you need more than yourself or even others to help you elevate your mood. I would suggest that you seek a doctor and tell them exactly what you told us. You may have to take an appropriate medication to lift your mood. Good luck and feel better.

You sound like you are in such pain. Do you get counseling? Do you see a psychologist or a psychiatrist? They can treat mental illnesses with a variety of options. You don' thave to continue to suffer like you are. There are support groups on-line for just about everything, you just have to look for one you feel comfortable in.
I don't know what is your problem and labels can really cause alot of issues. If you find that you can get help in a group of depressive people then go there and find out what you can. You can do the same for people with anxiety. Some of the things they learn to help themselves are across the board and could help anyone - sick or not.
There are medications out there that are really helpful and can make a total difference in your life. The medications have saved people from themselves more times than anyone knows.
I agree that prayer is great and counting your blessings is really good - realizing what you do have to be grateful for helps.
Whether you realize it or not, everyone has problems, even if they don't look like they do or even if they don't admit it themselves. We never know what our brother is carrying on his shoulders.
I am so sorry you are going through what you describe - please continue to look for help and look until you find it.
Good luck to you!!

You have many issues that would require atleast three hours on our first one-on-one for you to answer the 21 questions that I designed. Plus I would want to performa a medical examination to R/O (rule out), medcial problems.
If you have been told by a clincial psychiatrist, that you have "personality disorder", this is (SMI), serious mental illness and I would want to put you into a mental hospital for a period of 72 hours for evaluation to determine the exact DX, and required combination of drugs where you will have the very least amount of side effect and will be able to live a quality life. As you will have to remain on these drugs for life.
If all of your issues are just depression, a good psychiatrist can find the root cause of your problem and give you therapy and other alternative solutions for you to choose from without the use of drugs. As drugs only mask the root cause of your problems.
Find yourself a clinical psychiatrist, who really cares about you in mind, body and soul. One who will give you an open ear and try to resolve your problems with therapy an alternative solutions.
You don't want the psychiatrist that ten minutes after you sit down in his/her office they pull out the Rx. pad and write you a prescription. (This is their way of making money as you will become addictive an ofcourse will always have to return from another Rx).
If your age make you an adult where you live, I would suggest that you sign yourself into an hospital that as a mental unit. Also before you sign yourself in, make sure that you have what is known as a "Mental Advocate", you want some one to represent you. Or one of your parents co-sign with you, so that you are assured that you will be released after the 72 hour evaluation.
This is the best advise I can offer you as I would be breaking the law if I prescribe drugs for your depression over the internet. (Plus in my professional opinion I think that you have other serous mental problams that need to be addressed.
God bless you and I wish you all the best. (Just do the right thing and please don't take your life as life is worth living). If you need/require the right combinations of drugs without any major side effects stay on them for life.
This is the only way you will live a quality life.

Stop feeding yourself negativity. You are your own worst enemy. Learn to like yourself and others will follow. I doubt that you have a personality disorder and I doubt that you are ill. I think you focus too much on what you don't have, try to focus on what you have. If you really feel that you need help get a referral for a good therapist. They don't work miracles. The solution starts with you.

Sounds like you are really into yourself. What have you done for anyone lately? Why don't you volunteer, do something that you are good at, for someone else. Get out of yourself, get into someone else that is less fortunate. Give........ not take.

Wow. you have issues that are too deep to deal with in this format. You should pray and seek God and his will. He is the only one that can give you that peace that surpasses all understanding. Once you seek Him, you will feel better and you won't even know or understand why or how.
