How about having breakfast for dinner tonight. Every one in my family likes the surprise. As you know breakfast is easy. Go for it.
If not make some spaghetti and garlic bread with a salad.

I wanted Stroganoff the other night, but didn't have any roasting meat and was short on time, so I boiled up some macaroni elbows, browned some hamburger, and threw it together with a can of condensed cream of mushroom, a half-cup of sour cream and some salt and pepper. Voila! Even my two year old ate it and my usually very-unadventurous husband went back for seconds!

How about 10 minutes?
Make a salad using field greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, avocado. Get a good salad dressing.
For the main course put some (1 per person) 16.5 oz Marie Callender Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pot pies in the microwave. They are done and flaky in 10 minutes. DELICIOUS!! Hide the packaging and say you made them from scratch.

Depends on what you have. If you have Hamburg you can fry it up and put onions and peppers in it. and have like "loose meat" Sandwiches! ummmm you can have some tuna melts and soup if you have that. Grill cheese and tomato soup! (you can even add tomatoes and ham) um bacon and eggs are good sometimes for dinner. You can make casadellas (cant spell) with cheese and dip um in salsa. If you have veggies add some! Good luck

get a bag of frozen ravioli and cook it for about half the time it says on the package (about 7 minutes), drain and lput a single layer of ravioli in a lasagna pan , alternate with a good jar meatsauce of veggie sauce (I like Paul Newsman's), keep alternating and layering. put grated mozzarella cheese on top and bake in oven set as about 325 for about 20 minutes.
serve with salad and/or garlic bread.
