Mom are nuts just look at mine. I think the same way. Don't listen to her ramblings. She doesn't get it.
When I came close to sayin God isn't real to my Mom she gave me the stern voice saying my name so I shut up after that. I figure I'll believe in whatever I like. You can too.

Actually you are right, we don't have any right to judge, yet it is in human nature, to criticize, mock, and ridicule, those around them. even though the Bible says "let those with out sin cast the first stone" and as far as the not having religion part my friend, you do need to believe, other wise you really can't call your self a christian. My bad, let me correct myself, the definition of religion, is man's attempt to believe in God and make it into heaven, while as having a relationship with God, is just that, fully believing and trusting God to take care of you, no matter how dim the circumstances, But yes,i hope this helps you out some, take care and God Bless

To err is human. Some people are zealous and can't see the true picture. My mom is a Christian and so am I. I went to live with her and she oppressed me while I was there. I just shut up and cried to the Lord and I got on my feet pretty fast. It didn't make it right what she did, but, it also didn't make it wrong because she open her doors to me. Without judgment on either part. Love your mom and pray for her, God is the ulitmate judge.

To be a CHRIST-ian (Root word being Christ) is to be a believer in Jesus Christ and all He taught, no more and no less.)
To be a CHRIST-ian is to recognize that you are a sinner and that you need by the grace of God, forgiveness of those sins through His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, the lamb who paid the price, once and for all for those sins.
To be a CHRIST-ian is to be a follower of Jesus Christ, striving to live your life the way he lived and not as any other.
Evidence of being a CHRIST-ian is found in a person's fruits, one fruit being an incredible desire in your heart that ALL WOULD COME TO KNOW the salvation you have found in Jesus Christ.
Understanding a little better what it is to actually BE A CHRIST-ian, now we can know that it is absolutely impossible to profess the name of Christ as you have done and then in the very same breath admit that you have no faith!
"For we are saved by grace THROUGH FAITH..."
No one is judging your heart and whether you are right with God, but your words and actions suggest that you have some serious issues between you and Christ, whom you now proclaim.
DISCERNING and JUDGING are two different things and when you claim to be a CHRISTian, your brothers and sisters in Christ are called to lift you up and hold you accountable to the title you now boast. "Iron sharpens iron" and in the process, we all become better people in Christ Jesus.
If you do not like having your actions and your words being DISCERNED against the title of CHRIST-ian, which you have claimed for yourself, then might I suggest, at the very least, that you stop calling yourself a Christian, as you are really not representing Christ in his true light. Rather, you make him to be a liar, which we all know He is not.

Hell is not a place of burning, firey torment as some people think and God is loving, kind and merciful. Perhaps you just don't have faith in the God she believes in. Perhaps you would like to learn of my God.

Hmmm,
I have typed it a thousand times on here if I have typed it once.
Christians are not to judge the souls of other people.
We will speak out against actions that are offencive to us, that is not the same as judging a person.
For example, we will tell you that Abortion is a sin. That is not saying that everyone who gets an Abortion is going to hell

Judge not, said the Lord. We should accept every person just for who they are. And any God that would send someone to hell for being unsure about him would not be much of a God.

You say your a Christian but that you don't have faith. That is impossible. How can you say your a Christian and then claim not to have faith?
Jesus died and rose from the dead. It takes faith to believe that. Jesus is the son of God and says he is coming back for his church one day. It takes faith to believe that.
If your a Christian then you naturally have some faith. But faith is a seed that when it is loved and nurtured it will grow to do great things for the Lord.

The Bible makes clear what we must do and cannot do. You are not a Christian if you don't have faith. I'm sorry, but that is what the Bible says. I didn't say it. I would that everyone be invited to a great big party in Heaven,,, but then Heaven would be just like Earth in that case, wouldn't it?
