Listen you are still growing don't get on any harsh diets or stress yourself out on vigorous workouts. I was just like you @ your age and i was so into being thin i stopped eating and worked out a lot, that only lead me to the hospital. Just eat your normal foods only to a limit eat your fruits and veggies because those fill you up a lot more than a bag of chips and dip :). Do moderate exercise 3x a week walking helps a lot! trust me just 30 min of walking everyday of few times a week will help out a lot. As for food small-medium size portions you don't have to stop eating your favorite foods just keep it at a moderation, for example lets say you go to McDonald's and your usual is a big mac, instead of that get a kids meal. If you usually eat 3-4 slices of pizza take it down to 2 slices and have a side salad the more veggies the better because you get fuller and eat less pizza. As for drinks, a lot of water drink as much water as you can not only is it good hydration but it's good for your skin. Try this next time you go out to eat instead of having a coke, Pepsi, etc. order a club soda it doesn't have all the caffeine & sugar that soft drinks have but it has that fizzyness(carnonated water) you need to help you burp :) i do that all the time.

I'm not sure I can help you with the "fast" part, but I can give you some advice that worked for me. When I hit 15, my metabolism started burning away a lot more fat. All I did was stop eating Breakfast in the morning, and maybe have a bottle of water or a canned soda for Lunch. When you come home to eat dinner, eat whatever you want to. I would normally have 2-3 Tyson Chicken Patty sandwiches and a drink, and that normally filled me up for a while. After 9:00 PM, don't eat or drink anything else. If you do, it's going to accumulate into fat because you'll be sleeping and won't be able to burn it off.

If you start getting hunger pangs, drink a glass of water. The hunger pangs will generally go away within about 15 minutes. All-in-all, don't starve yourself to death, but rather just eat modestly and try to drink more water than soda.

You said your tired of being little thin?
Anyway, cut out your junk food intake.
eat plenty of veggies and fruits as snacks.
drink lots of water.
exercise regularly.

That's the good old fashioned way.
