BUTTERED RUM
1 qt. Jamaica Rum
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup boiling water
5 qts. sweet cider
Butter dollop
Dash of cinnamon
Put sugar and hot water in a large bowl. Add cider and heat to boiling, then add rum. Serve hot with cinnamon sprinkling, and top with butter dollop
SLEDGE HAMMER
1/3 rum
1/3 brandy
1/3 apple brandy
Dash of Pernod
Shake well with ice and strain into glass
ZOMBIE
2/3 jigger Jamaican rum, 90 proof
1 1/3 jiggers dark rum, 86 proof
2/3 jigger light rum, 86 proof
2/3 jigger pineapple juice
2/3 jigger papaya juice
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. powdered sugar
151 proof rum
Shake well with ice and pour into 14 oz. glass. Decorate with pineapple and cherry and float 151 proof rum on top. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar and serve with ONE DESIGNATED DRIVER
