A fry up is great and gets my vote as i'm allergic to most cereals, damn wheat!!
there is a way of making a 'fry' up less of a fry up, grill things or use spray oils, and you can have a relatively healthy 'fry' up!

Seeing as everyone is banging on about being healthy... why not have a "Grill-Up"
Grill your Sausages, Bacon, Hash Browns and Tomatoes. Saute your Mushrooms (Cook them in Margarine) and poach your Egg! Healthier and still the best brekkie ever known to man!

cereal..It gives you iron and calcium and lots more. A fry-up isn't very good for you because it adds grease and fat and gross fattening things.
