If your blood that you are bleeding is red or pink, see your MD immediately. I had a miscarriage last month and it started out with light bleeding that got heavier. A miscarriage is characterized as being similar to having a menstrual cycle: Heavy-Light-Heavy. At 6-7 weeks of pregnancy, the baby is so small you typically don't see anything abnormal discharged from your vagina.

I hope all is well and it's a false alarm, but it could be an early miscarriage. Call your MD, say some prayers, and hope. Not much can be done this early on unless it is an RH factor mis-match.

You really do need to talk to the doctor and ask him/her to explain why it is you were told things are ok. For example, if you have problems with the cervix would that mean there is irritation that could cause bleeding. Call and make sure you know why - in view of the fact that you have bleeding - you were told things are fine.

Remember, too, that some bleeding is lighter than other bleeding.
Relatively minor bleeding doesn't always mean miscarriage.

Also, did the doctor check for a heartbeat and get one? Did you have a sonagram done?

Sorry to hear what your going through, I just had a miscarriage less than a month ago and I would recommend you just relax and try to stay off your feet. I don't want to scare you but thats just the way it started with me, light bleeding then really bad cramps and bleeding got really heavy. You should ask your doc to make sure everything is 100% ok. Take Care, and all the best.

You need to go to the emergency room or call your doctor! If you are having a miscarriage, there is no way to prevent it from happening so just try to calm down. I know how you feel, I've been through it recently. Just call your doctor or go to the ER. They can tell you what's happening there. Goodluck and I'm sorry!

I would go back to my doctor and tell him that i don't feel comfortable about the way i am feeling and insist that he does something. If that doesn't work, i would go to the ER and tell them that you've been bleeding and having a lot of pain. They will then give you an unltrasound and tell you exactly what's what. I know that it's not right to lie, but sometimes you've gotta do what you've gotta do.
