EIA has been very notorious for giving "false positive" reports...due to the cross reactivity of the similar proteins in testings and also due to the lack of expertise on the technical staff..!
If WB and NAT are negative....relax... and forget about it..

why false positive EIA test?
before doing any laboratory test the apparatus and the reagents should undergo quality control first before running the test to havea reliable result.false positive results should have been checked.
but anyhow, having negative result for western blot test and negative result to NAT means you are saved from acquiring HIV.

negative western blot is a negative test for hiv. dont you have a doctor following all this and explaining it or did he recommend you seek advice from strangers on the internet for this complicated type of medical question?

No, you do not have the virus. The negative western blot confirms that you don't have it.

negative means you don't have it. False positive means its really negative meaning you don't have it. If you did get a fasle positive you need to retest in about a month.

If they are all negative then you are not infected. If they all show positive then you are positive with the virus.
