My husband is in the army. He is one of the lads...a real squaddie. But when i married him....i married the army. The MOD says jump and my hubby does. But at the end of the day.. He signed on that dotted line....his life. Im proud of our British Army. And im proud of all our British Squaddies out in Iraq...they are doing their jobs..and doing it well and the peer pressure out there to just stay safe and keep themselves alive... must be very difficult.

Hi again DO NOT STOP TALKING.
Because u talking shows,me,u have the way to carry on.
Talk as i said 2 G.P.
And yes peer pressure in the army, has always been there.
If u r being pressured,see,sergeant major ,OR,above.
If pressure comeing from,ur fellow /or,through his friends, then it is time to c ur G.P.
Or Commanding Officer/PADRE.

The real pressures are knowing Tony Blair does not give a **** for them. He's soon to leave number 10 and wont give them a second thought as he persues his millions of dollars in royalties and public speaking.

got two relations in the army and they seem happy enough.

its a tough life being in the army and there is probably a lot of bullying going on but that could be said about any sort of job.
