ive got an open sore just inside my nose and cant figure out what it is. it dries up and hardens like a wart sometimes but sometimes its moist and open and very painful?? its been going on for almost 20 days.

you either have a staph infection, or impetigo. You need an round of antibiotics and or some antibiotic cream. Go see a doc before it spreads upwards and gets worse!!

It could be but it might be a cold sore in your nose. I always get that right after I've had a cold sore on my lip. If your eye starts to hurt or water a lot go to the eye doctor immediately because it could spread to your eyes.

Do you mean CANCER?
It's not cancer. You have a sore in your nose. Take a Q-Tip and put some Neosporin ointment on it and leave it alone until it heals.
