This might sound unusual, however does your child put on a cap - say a baseball cap - plenty of the time. My hairdresser advised me approximately a problem in which a few her purchasers rode horses a number of instances per week and so they had the identical situation as your son. She additionally stated any variety of cap could do it considering the fact that of dragging it off the pinnacle. She informed that except it is a helmet for safeguard, that caps will have to now not be worn. And in terms of a helmet you will have to tie a shawl or bandanna across the hairline first. Hair is designed to get solar & moisture within the air. We're ruining our scalp after we quilt it always. I trust Mattiest approximately the Neutrogena Shampoo. You need to be ready to therapy this at house, however hold an eye fixed on it if the hair begins popping out or the dermis worsens.

With my daughter I used baby oil, with my son I was told to actually try using a diaper rash ointment (Gerbers Diaper Rash Ointment with Oatmeal). They both worked. My son has Ezcema, and the doctor said that the patch on his head was not related, that most commonly ezcema is on the face.
Good luck.

Well, my head gets really dry when I am in chlorine alot. is he? Try going to a dermatologist. they know more. And if she cant make the dry bald spot go away, maybe she could give you a really heavy cream to make it less dry.

Check with another doctor. Any doctor that says don't be concerned about something on the skin of a little child is nuts.
