It's from the scene in Harry Potter 3 when he is walking with Lupin in the woods, the butterfly flys across the screen and there is AN AWESOME flute part to the scene. I've looked almost everywhere.

I don't want the Warner bros. book for kids, rather the orchestral part that the flautist is actually playing.

PLEASE HELP!

I assume you mean the sheet music for it...

Not sure if the link in 'source' contains that exact part, but I would imagine so as it is the flute solo parts from Prisoner of Azkaban (Potter 3). It comes with an accompaniment CD as well to play along to. Hope this helps!

I'm pretty sure you can't get the orchestral part, unless you rent the entire score and orchesrta parts for performance. Most publishing companies only rent out parts for newer music, because it makes them more money, allows them to keep tighter control over their copyright, and it's cheaper for orchestras who probably won't perform any particular piece often enough to justify buying it.

You might want to contact Warner Bros. Music though, and see if they can send you a copy of something. It's not against copyright to copy a portion of a piece for private practice.
