I was walking home from church this past Sunday and had a seizure. I just kept walking trying to fight it but it started to hurt in my lower rms really bad so I just sat down on the sidewalk and grabbed on to a fence that was beside me and waited for it to pass. What should I do next time that might be better than what I did last time? (Note: I live alone and am new to the area that I live in so I don't know anyone yet except for maybe my landlord and my next door neighbor.) I am afraid to go outside to run my aronds because of this and afraid to go to work etc.I've seen where people have dogs that help them, but I live in apartment building that does not allow pets. Thank you.

You didn't have a seizure. Popele don't remember seizures and they don't cause muscle pain as they come on. I suggest you see a doctor , sounds more like a dizzy spell or a heart attack.
