You can take the meat and mix 1egg breadcrumbs not a lot, 1tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper,and 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1/2 pack of onion soup mix the dry mix,.Mix together and make tiny meatballs and fry them, In a pot ,add 2can of beef gravy and 1 can of tomato sauce. Add 1Tables.of Horseradish and 1 Tables.of Worstershire sauce . When the meatballs are done add to the sauce, Cook about 1/2 Hour until the taste of the sauce is to your liking.This is for about 1 1/2lbs of meat. Boil Large Noodles and pour everything in the pot,mix and serve.

"Quick and easy to make. A family favorite. The ketchup and brown sugar give these loaves a tangy flavor."
Original recipe yield: 8 servings.
Prep Time:15 MinutesCook Time:45 MinutesReady In:1 Hour Servings:8 (change)

INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.

Taco Soup!!! It's great!!

Brown the meat and add a 2 cans of chopped tomatoes, can of corn, can of kidney beans(or black beans or any kind of bean you like), packet of ranch dip mix and packet of taco seasoning.

Serve with Fritos and add some shredded cheese and sour cream and eat it up!! Great on chilly days
