I ate at a chinese restaurant for lunch today and I found some small brown specs mixed in with my food and they had a fowl smell to it. It actually looked like human fecies and smelled like it as well. Do you know who i can contact to see if it actually is human fecies. I saved some of the brown pieces and I want to see if action needs to be taken against them. Where can I send these samples to be analyzed?

Thanks
This is 100% serious

Think back and see if there was ever a time when you were inconsiderate and rude to the staff there. Think about how people feel when they are treated badly just because they are in a service industry. Then when you have taken a good long look at yourself and decided you haven't done anything to piss people off you should contact the health department of your town or county.

Talk to the Health Inspectors for the government that inspects restaurants. Sounds hideous, but I have heard of worse things in food. You are much safer eating at home, at least you know who's crap you are eating. Good luck.

Listen! I got food poisoning from a restaurant and was hospitalized. They couldn't do anything without the samples. KEEP THE SAMPLES! Take it to the hospital and let them take a sample of the food and match it to your stool sample. I know it sounds gross but, you may be entitled for a law suit and to get that nasty place shut down. I hope you didn't eat it and dear God I hope you are okay. Food poisoning really sucked for me and I don't wish it on anyone. God Bless and take care.

try to contact the FDA. you can also try the better business bureau. the BBB can shut down the restaurant if need be. if you do contact them, dont send them al of your samples, just in case something happens and they get lost.

That is extremely gross. I would take it to your county health department. They are the ones in charge of taking care of things like this. Good luck.

I would have shown the restaurant owner before I had even left.
