What do you do when your cousin disrespect your mom all the time?And says she doesn't even do it?

Point it out every time as soon as she does it. Let her know that what she is saying/doing is disrespectful, or being taken as such even if she doesn't mean it that way. Sometimes what is meant, and what is construed, are two different ballgames. Your cousin is in denial or just doesn't see where her words are going, so she needs to be informed.
