The problem is that all of these things - Celtic, Muslim, Christian whatever - are all based on belief. That is the nature of faith - belief without evidence. As there is not a shed of evidence to support the belief systems of any religion they can all be safely dismissed as mythology and nothing more.

I believe the Celtic and many other early religions found part of the truth of the universe. The Christian faith allows greater understanding of God and what we are doing here. It is as if the early religions found some of the truth, and later more was revealed to humanity.

The earliest religions most likely worshiped the "earth mother" This type of worship is seen in many ancient societies going back 10 thousand years or more.

I have a question that will help us figure put this question.
Do you consider yourself to Be a Good Person?
heres a few questions for us to examine
Have you ever lied (even once--fibs, white lies, etc.)? Ever stolen (anything--the value is irrelevant)? Jesus said, "Whoever looks upon a woman to lust after her, has committed adultery already with her in his heart." Have you ever looked with lust? have you ever used Gods name in vain? this is called blasphemy and the BIble says God will not hold him guilty who takes his name in vain. the BIble says no liar or thief will enherit the kingdom of God. what will you do on Judgement day? the BIBle says you and I are in great trouble, because the penalty for our sin is death and Hell. But thats not Gods will, he has provided a way for us to attain forgiveness. He sent His Son to take our punishment: "God commended His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." He was bruised for our iniquities. Jesus then rose from the dead and defeated death.
Your own so-called “goodness” can’t get you into heaven any more than mine could. Jesus is the only way to Heaven. He is the "Door," the only "mediator." There is salvation in no other name, so pray something like this: "Dear God, I repent of all of my sins (confess them). This day I put my trust in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me and grant me your gift of everlasting life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen."
