Waterloo, with no less than 28 mainline platforms: 19 in the main (domestic) part of the station, 5 in the International (Eurostar) part, and 4 at Waterloo East (linked to the main station by a high level walkway).
If you include London Underground, Waterloo has 36 platforms! (2 each for the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern [Charing Cross Branch] and Waterloo & City Lines)

I think the Waterloo and City Platmorms still count as part of the main station being built by the London and South Western and only becoming part of the underground in 1995.
So Waterloo has
19 Domestic platforms on the South Western Mainline
5 International platforms
2 Waterloo and City
4 Domestic on Charing Cross line (Waterloo East)
